The docs are organized by job-to-be-done instead of repository folders. Platform developers usually start with local setup. Harness integrators start with HACP/1 and HACP Control. Operators start with deployment, package security, and revocation.

Golden Path

• Run the local stack and seed a workspace.
• Create or open a workspace and room.
• Enroll HACP Control with runtime evidence.
• Issue a room-scoped capability.
• Submit a signed event and review the server receipt.

Source Policy

The existing Markdown plan set remains the source history. These developer docs turn that history into stable onboarding, guides, and reference pages. Pages link back to their source plans so implementation details are still discoverable.
